I'm playing through the EOD main story right now, and sometimes the voiceover for certain dialogue would be missing. The text for the dialogue still appears in the chat, but there's no voiceover. Any idea how to fix this?

I don't have a different keyboard, and I currently isn't able to purchase a new one.

Whenever I play gw2, sometimes the keyboard inputs just ...doesn't. ALL buttons on the keyboard stops functioning. The mouse buttons still works, though. This happens only in gw2. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
