  1. Hmm yea I am using Vodafone home net too, tho the mobile is vodafone too, but I guess that is routing itself diff.
  2. Heya I have been having issues with gw2 a lot lately (I got banned and unbanned on 12 accts based off my IP). ANet said they fixed this by "making changes to my accounts". Now, using that same IP I am totally unable to log in due to "cannot access log in servers". Thing is, if I swap over to my tethered mobile, I can get in just fine. I could also login just fine on my home net yesterday evening (post ban). I am very confused and need a hand. Thanks for any assistance 🙂
  3. Thanks, its kinda hard to feel super into playing now, knowing I can be banned for nothing at all, but in ANets defense it WAS sorted out reasonably quickly, so I am playing again, though slightly nervously lol
  4. I am the reddit poster you mentioned. After putting in a ticket with all the info I had and being polite I got nowhere. After doing that AND asking to be escalated to a supervisor it got sorted fast. I suggest doing the same.
  5. idk about OP, but I don't use a VPN, I can only imagine I got a duff IP, vodafone using dynamic IPs sucks
  6. PvEr here, who just finished their 5th legy on their main acct and who also just got banned on every single acct the own: Not chilled out. I got banned on this one last night, then on appeal unbanned. Until this mess gets straightened out, its the only one I still have.
