as in a different folder or a different pc? I don't use any gw2 related 3rd party apps as it is (casual player here) I did look at the dump file but I'm not tech savvy enough to understand it. also for the subject above, I was referring to the bin64 in the game folder, not my system folder.

They had me run some scans, try to run in compatibility mode, run as admin and run from a new windows user, nothing worked

I only tried this because another post here suggested that and it solved the op's problem, I cant do it because there's no such file

as stated in the title, after the most recent update, when I start the game, I get to the choose a character screen for a second and then the game crashes immediately with no error message. Im on windows 10 tried to reinstall the game, used repair mode and windowed mode and did a clean boot, nothing worked. also tried to delete d3d9.dll file from bin, but there was no such file there. any idea what else I can try?
