Friends List Revamp I have long had disdain for the friends list in this game. I don't 100% hate it but it can be improved a ton. I don't know if the old spaghetti code would be too difficult to change or not (I assume the LFG is linked to it), but if not, then these are the beginning steps I'd love to see changed: Everyone you "follow" or have already added gets sent a friend request right away. You can see all current requests out (this way if you have a friend who hasn't logged in in ages, you don't lose them) and in You should be able to set what people can see based on guild or friendship (not like level but in general settings). Set favorites. Keep the nickname function. Get rid of the "follow" function. I know I have seen someone show up as "looking for group". I would like this to be more apparent and easier to utilize since it's not always the most apparent. Adding on to that bottom one, I'd love for a guild message to show up in chat if someone is using LFG. We should be able to turn that off or limit based on guild permissions too.

Guild Related Stuff: (apologies for any double typed letters, water spazzed my keyboard) While the Guild Hall is really cool and I can understand why there's no wizard one, I feel like guilds have some things lacking. The three biggest things are: Guild Missions Guild Material Storage Guild Commendations So for the first one, I would love to see various guild missions added. Perhaps they go in conjunction with the lore or perhaps they're added with each expansion to enhance the core game since I believe guild missions had to be done within the core game (please let me know if I'm wrong). That way it was always inclusive to any new players and every player who plays the game. But, as we have Joko minions and scarlet invasion throughout parts of Tyria as well as rifts to hunt, I think added in new bounties, challenges, races, or puzzles in guild missions would be great. Obviously, this is more centered towards PvE. I do not know what else you could do for WvW and if anyone wants to piggy back and suggest, I'd be open to that. Number two is a big gripe because I love scribing and making decorations, but it doesn't actually feel like a guild effort. It feels like I have to make everything and rely on myself to make everything. Sure others can scribe as well, but getting them leveled up can be expensive. If we as a guild had a spot to deposit that stuff into, it ccould help- others level up but also help them deposit the lower tier items that may be needed. It seems small but it would be a HUGE QoL imo. Adding to that, you could make it so you level up the material storage without money. Only partially with gold if you so choose. But you resonating slivers (which dear god I max out all the time) and various scribing items as well as Aetherium, Favor, or even utilize Influence somehow. Many of these have fallen to the wayside and I feel like they haave no point and don't incentivize people to do guild missions outside of commendations. That segues into: Guild Commendations. I do feel they're under utilized or that they're spending cap is a little weird. Perhaps allowing for another sink or instead of a random daily 3 items you can buy, allow us to choose from the full list but make the maximum 5. It also allows people to go through commendations faster, therefore incentivizing guild missions again. Yes, you can go through 21 in a week technically (3/day) from the capped vendor. More from others. All-in-all, I think some guild stuff needs refreshing. I love playing with my guild. We do strikes and raids and guild missions on occasion as well as some Open World. But, I feel like there could be a bit more QoL there. I LOVED the changes to the guild arena where you essentially did what the reflection gh bug did. It makes life so much easier. Altho, for some reason we can't open the boundary in that one. Let me kill my guildmates in a hole ty. ETA: Please let us put the guild decorations for the arena outside of the arena. I make deadly jumping puzzle for my guild and this would be wonderfully evil and would also allow for some fun building. ty ETA (again): could we maybe get more mistlock instabilities added to the fractal console in the guild hall? that would also help make some of my events more fun... like soccer xD

Perhaps it's going to become something along the lines of the unsuspicious rabbit or the mysterious gopher. xDDD

While this is yet to be officially greenlit and is just under review, I am tentatively curious about all fo this. The amount of stories we could get would be amazing. But as many have, I have concerns on teh capability of keeping all of these mmos going and moving forward. What I think would be a nice timeline is if gw3 focused on Eastern Tyria. Perhaps going into some of the more rabbithole unfinished lore and expanding on that. What's been happening in Eastern Tyria during the dragon expansions? Do they think this commander on the other sside of the world is some crazy psycho? It could work in tandem with gw2 with simply better graphics. We could hear about eastern tyria in gw2 with barks/passive commentary from NPCs or political mentions with someone visiting Queen Jennah/ wow... was not expeccting that spoiler tab to be that larger. Anyways, I think there's lots of routes this could take if it's true. Maybe even more playable races for that side of the world. Like tengu... js. I can hope. xD Or perhaps we see completely different cultures that were built. Perhaps there's more ogres, giants... or perhaps even bigger colonies of skritt whose intellect none of us can match since they have the biggest rat city. All in all, I don't hate this idea, but I would love for anet to speak on this but who knows if we will anytime soon.

I wouldn't say expected but like... it existed. It was a possibility to happen eventually. And everything AFTER he got out was beyond the scope for sure. I don't mind the story line but it felt like they kind of just left and said, "well if ti happens, it happens. Not our mess anymore". Which makes me dislike them a bit xD Also as someone else mentioned, there is magdaer, which the pieces of were collected and intended be reforged even tho... nothing was ever found. Actually now that has me thinking. I wonder if a reforged Magdaer could fall into Menzies' hands.

Omg.. so many things I want to look up now. :DDDD Thank you guys! Also, I think Malyck and his journey would be really cool for a new expansion. But most of all, I would be psyched to maybe have to fight Menzies and the shadow army. The only thing is would the shadow army look too similar to basic players? Since we can now look rather shadow like. Side note - why would the human gods leave Balthazar behind knowing he could one day be released? I feel like that's a massive oversight on their part. Or were they that desperate to get away from the Dragon's Cycle?

In the spirit of the new story coming out... Recently, I was curious about the giant stone in Jenna's throne room. I did some googling and it seems it's never been confirmed but people theorize it's the keystone (going off old posts here). There are many unfinished story threads that may or may not have been forgotten or are simply open until the next expansion. What is one of your favorites or one of the things you think would make for an interesting new expansion? The other thing I've always been curious about is what ever happened to Menzies since he's not confirmed dead.
