Same thing happened to me today (March 16, 2022). The Dichotomy collection was the main reason I completed the meta, so it was very frustrating to spend all that time and come away without progressing the collection.

I would just like to add this bug can also occur in a private squad (it happened to group I was in). I'm hoping for a fix soon, because I will not be repeating the experience until this bug has been corrected.

I am having the exact same problem. I tried crafting one other Chef item, which worked normally.
