Thanks a lot, finally worked for me too. :) Should still be adjusted in my opinion since it's very easy to miss the achievement with the range requirements so tight, even when you do watch all memories which is what it's about after all. -
So I have tried getting the "The Whole Story" achievement two times already, on both tries lost the achievement eligibility when the memory of Balthazar appeared in the very end. Am I missing something or is it bugged? Pretty annoying since the achievement is time-consuming to repeat anyway...
