Got in a good META, things were good. got to the last 4% when the game stopped. Could see damage points rolling off, had a 44K connection, saw boss at 2% ... then the client crashed. Gah! Did not get anything for the new Vindicator. Of course getting back in the game sent me to the wrong map, squad has disbanded, and no collection item for the weapon's collection. /le grr

Well, for others that may not be as lucky with the key, or do not have the extra funds, I hope Anet will eventually have them as tradable through the statuettes. As a closure, I chanced and bought a Golden Black Lion Key. Won three more of them... odd. And the middle one I did get the skiff skin I was desiring. Had a whisper (in game) suggesting that idea. As was stated, the other items are useless on this account. Main account has all nodes save Lotus & Bauble, the latter also being useless to us.

So wanted that newer Winged Reverie Skiff skin. Main account (8+ years) got it within 12 keys. This second account I made as we both harvested items to build our personal guild hall up to level 66, and we used Glyph of Reaping on all harvest items. The second account cost me plenty; new account went to a EU server, and paid too much to have it transferred, then it the account was named some horrendous letter/number combination. Eventually got that fixed, and then paid to get off a bad server. And it has been a bit over a year since having it. So... back to the issue of the Black Lion Keys, I bought 37 of them the other morning. Got a Elder Wood Node and an Equinox shield, and basically a mess of other random stuff. -- Last night I felt I would try it again, even though I should not of. In hind sigh, should not of. Got a Flaxseed node and that kitten shield again... none of my characters uses a shield. And they do not sell for enough to recoup more gold to buy another key. Not sure why Anet does not outright sell the sail skiff skin. So, with taxes, spent under $80 for stuff that are useless to me, and lacking the new skiff skin. Am sure there will be other skiff skins, but... as to the the statuettes .... I hope the Anet developers would eventually put the skiff skins on their vendor so we that do not get lucky with those dastardly Black Lion Keys will have another option/outlet to acquire them with the BL Statuettes -- please. Not buy more keys to try for that skiff skin, or much anything else related to BL keys any time soon. And I boosted Magic Find with a community booster, food, banner, and my best mount all for nothing. Yet my main account, if the skin was tradable, probably would of had another. Oh, main account did not get any node, but it has most all of the useful nodes already. Can say the randomness is against me on this account. 74 keys and what was wanted never came. Feels like like this second account has been hexed for Black Lion Keys. /le sigh

Yup, was there too. Swapped maps a few times, all I seen were other players there saying they have been waiting for 3 meta cycles. Was fishing in the little swampy area where everyone was standing. Think I fell asleep a few times waiting...

Was taking on an Elite Naga at an HP in Seitung Province. On landing with skill 1 I was insta-killed! The naga quaded 1340 damage. Heard this is a new bug for today. Was doing a mech retrieval quest and a another player was on a raptor, did their skill1 and he was instantly killed too. Something odd here. Heavy gravity??

The old minion bug is back. Various mounts cause minions to vanish when mounting. Anet is getting unreliable again. Skyscale drops minions like crazy, even if they were just summoned and hoping across an expanse. Land to engage the enemy for a node, minions got reset, on cooldown. Annoying, but doesn't stop me. As for Elementalists, which should not even be in the topic. all of your summons are on a timer and are temporary. Minions however are supposed stay with master/mistress and not go away unless reset by the controller. They are essentially thralls.

Just today was in a conversation with an EU player who helped out our guild. Got disconnected. Firefox let me know the connection was not safe. Netgear extender said it was connected to an unknown and unsecure network, and even the iPhone was throwing up issues of bad cookies from the mail system. It's stuff like that that Nord somehow circumvents. Unless the connection is blocked off, Nord keeps running and I may lag out for 10 minutes, yet it waits and a lot of times I do not get kicked out of the game. And there are times when Nord just will not connect with the 3 Roku, 2 Xboxers, Amazon, and others messing with the public wireless router. We live in between districts so there is no internet connection available unless I was to may $100+ a month for cable internet. With everything suddenly increasing in cost there's no way I can do that. When I got back out of the hospital from a nasty case of C-19 I tried various VPNs. BitDefender was horrible. Firefox's VPN was easily circumvented by the "hackers" on the network. Tried Nord and bam, it worked! I stayed connected longer. Was not a cure as sometimes when I am not running Nord I cannot connect, cause of the riff raff online. Once I get a bite in I may be okay, but the lag is horrendous at times and I just go find something else to do. As it stands, I usually have from midnight to 420am till the hackers get back online and mess stuff up. Nord sometimes cuts through that mess. Then recent found that Nord was founded/run from Panama, but they have servers all over the world. So that took me aback. Not sure if I can trust them, yet they are the only VPN that works. Not sure what else I can do unless I hit the lottery enough to get a rural internet connection through cable. And I understand Anet's stance. Yet, if I cannot use what works and not be able to play but a few hours a night, guess Anet would rather me not buy things from them instead? I did ask Anet to host their own VPN service; they denied that idea.

Have 14 of 25 Guild Banquets in our personal level 43 guild hall. None of my characters across both accounts that are in this guild can activate a Guild Banquet. All have adequate permissions, and main account is the creator of the guild and they cannot activate a Guild Banquet either. Over a week ago one on my lower level characters was able to activate one Guild Banquet, and that has been the last time anyone has been able to call one forth. So, what is going on here? Any way to fix this issue?

Was in our personal (level 43) guild hall and was trying to sell a Koss Chestguard. A pop-up up said New Accounts required verification, needed to buy the expansion, and something else was there. Said I met the requirements, than clodes with Okay. Still could not sell the dark orange chestguard, but I could sell lesser items. Tried several times, then used the Home Portal stone. Was able to see from the Home Instance. What is going on? Did Anet hire Everquest 2 developers who break more things than they can fix? This account is new, was a secondary account I use with main, but it's been 300+ days since its creation. LOL

Was in Auric Basin trying to find a group to join in for META. Was getting errors when mousing over a Join a Group and said I was in a group. I was not in a group. Clicked other groups to join, nothing happened. Then clicked again and said I had to wait because I changed groups too often. But... I was never in a group.

Had used NordVPN as well as the local wifi hub for our community is being overrun by streamers, Xboxers, and people running servers on it. For security I signed up with Nord, and I recommended it to others too. And one day I got locked out and had to supply a bunch of stuff, and got back in with the threat that if I used Nord I could get banned if caught in their security sweep. I live mid the NW of the USA in a rural area. I cannot control what others do on our network, but Nord kept my connection thriving against a lot of the local denials of service and lag-outs. So now I'm back to dealing with the intense lag, long time out, denials, and being booted offline. Nord saved me from a lot of that bunk, yet Anet would rather attack legitimate users than going after the bots that we see every day and in WvW.

Please post your Guild Rush to the Central Tyria - Squads category so every guild/member whom participates can get rewards and guild favor Weekly Guild Rush(es) give favor to guilds to help them level up and acquire Guild Hall abilities. There are many smaller or solo guilds that would like to participate in these, if more guilds would kindly post in LFG (press Y) and add their Guild Rush to Central Tyria - Squads. All a guild has to do is have their designated "Mission Control" players to activate the Guild Rush for their guild, and participate. The more players or guilds that run or assist the faster everyone/guild gets rewards and guild favor.
