i used to do spvp small group wvwv skirmished but more roaming style. i don't worry about pve and stuff like fractals So this would be more of a wvwvw or spvp matter. Is power mesmer even viable then?

Hi Guys, going to retry the game for a while and i'm wondering what the current status of mesmer is. Anyone could gimme some info's? I always loved to play shatter and refused the condi meta back then hope shatters is still viable. thx for any responses!
