I have my skyscale and it was a drag and dull to get. I wish that others not have to go through it. That is my main issue with 'the grind' not that it is long... but that it is BORING! If you cannot make these long things fun then just make them easy.

Dx9 fixes my screen flickering problems too... bit of a worry as Dx9 is on the chopping block fairly soon I think.

It sucks but Windows 7 ended support by Microsoft on January 14, 2020 you are not likely to get changes made that don't appear on more up to date systems 😞

I am having an issue with the lighting too. I get the 'light source off screen so no global lighting for you' thing described above, but also my whole screen flickers like it has very low frame rate. This flickering is transient and I cannot cause or stop it but is bad enough to give a headache if I carried on. also I worry about damage to my monitor. I am unsure what logs to post... but I have a 3080 and up-to date graphics drivers. using directx11

It is a pain, and not clear to me why the content is gated in this weird way. However Infusion Extraction Device are not that expensive and so you can swap your AR fairly easily.

Good to see the 'Echo' stuff stolen from FFXIV. Having to remember to tap an anvil every 12 hours is perhaps less of a good development!

The removal of armour repair is good. Can we now remove the buff that we need to remember to get every 12 hours, what a waste of time! (I realise this is not even released yet... but what a silly thing to add to the game... just get rid of repair and leave it at that!)

The issue is that crafting up hundreds of earrings and munging them is just boring... make the 'grind' or long process to get a legendary fun not super tedious. Even if one of the wished for outputs is using lots of low level mats... make it FUN!

They don't like it when you criticise GW2 systems 😛 but coming from other games the lfg system is so primitive. If you want to do the current content (ie fractals) then it is 'fine'. Some qol like jumping to the map you are on, or rationalising the many many MANY sections... I don't know what is in what patch so that categorisation is bad for me.

Stop the camera changing zoom This is after doing my first raid and I zoom out to see the arena then something happens and I am zoomed in and miss mechanics. Frustrating! Just let me set it at a distance, if it must be zoomed in for some obstruction then zoom out to the same distance after the obstruction goes. Really off putting!

Is there anything that people won't QQ over! many (most?) won't play beta characters... I bet the map is well populated.

Can I use the LFG system to wait for groups that my main character can do whilst I am levelling an alt. Being locked out of sections is irritating. (the fact there are so many sections is also irritating)

Sometimes I don't know what I want to do, but I want to do something. The LFG system is broken down so finely I find it a chore to go through each section to see what people are up too.. Just show me a simple list of all groups up for doing anything and I can then see what is happening now and I can jump in. Also make it clear what can teleport me to the action and what I need to know where to go (and also make everything teleport me in from wherever I am)

Disappoint that the boss portal thinger was not on sale for this boss rush event.
