Can anyone help me craft HOPE 4 but Naphthenic Acid doesn't drop even when I change characters...Is it a bug, I only have this slot left! I'm sure I can't be mistaken, I've looked at yt and read the wiki https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Legendary_Wyvern_Matriarch thank you all !!!
