  1. I've been playing GW2 for about 5 days now trying to learn the game best I can while watching game content on a second monitor. There's a lot to sort out, but I'm confident I'll get there. So I'm just going to say I'm green af when it comes to gw2 but I'm not new to the mmo genre. I was GM of a MC/Ony/BWL full clear guild in vanilla for about 18 months leading in BC. I switched to horde at that point and focused on pvp for BC, then went back to raid leading for Wrath, then to pvp for cata (yay broken druid), then raid leading mop, wod, legion. Bfa and SL were trash imo, and with what's come out in the last little bit about behind the scenes I decided to move on entirely. It was a good run. But I want to play for fun with cool people that are willing to invest in a player that wants to be involved and constantly improve. I understand that gw2 is a different game than wow, but I was the guy studying parses for an hour after raid to see what I could do better or come up with a strat if we needed one. I've always been a part of mythic raiding and hunting keystone master in wow since their respective inceptions - which means I'll eventually want to gun for whatever the gw2 equiv happens to be. Though I like those successes, I'm super laid back and am not looking for a guild that treats the game like a second job. Fun, helpful, knowledgeable peeps are what I'm after. I'm not sure it matters, but im sitting on a 62 ranger and still have my 80 boost in the bank. I did buy the full game, not a f2p. I have no idea what prof I plan to main, I plan to play through them once i hit cap on this toon. And I'm on Dragonbrand. If you need to know more just ask. Thanks for coming to my ted talk and all that - hopefully someone bites.
