Yeah this is still not fixed. Only solution so far is to relog, disable DX11 and then the instances works again. -
Also happens on other story instances. So seems the zone itself is the issue.

Hi, the part where you need to enter the Priory library in "Hidden Arcana" (Living World Season 2) has weird glitches where the UI and basically most of the world glitches out. Disabling DX11 solved that for me.
