i play on eu from asia and yes there are similar problems here. i'm putting part of the blame with my isp though. add - /clientport 443 /mapLoadinfo - to your gw2 shortcut. take in-game screenshots whenever the map loads and use winmtr or similar to see where the problem with your connection to the server might be. if you use arcdps make sure to have "metric" ticked and see how often you get non-white R values.

how did it hack your pc? why arenanet doesn't have an .iso file that they can distribute via bittorrent baffles me.

if you're on windows run ping -t <server ip> in powershell and see how many "request timed out" you get. you will need to add the -mapLoadinfo command to your gw2-64.exe shortcut.

type /ip into chat when you get unstable tickrate. check the ip address with mtr or the windows equivalent.

each and every time wvw resets and is hosted on 3.123.246.100 it becomes unplayable for me for the entire week. i am playing from asia. traffic goes through twelve99/telia. i have also gotten this error message several times recently - Build: 126713 Error Code: 58:11:5:535

make a new gw2 shortcut with /diag at the end - "C:\Program Files\Guild Wars 2\Gw2-64.exe" /diag - run it and paste the results.
