I have tried three times and I literally can not continue the story now. I am doing the story quest "Stealing light" and every time I defeat the risen spider boss and go to the cutscene after it my character freezes has the reel over their head and I get disconnected back to the menu. I have no idea whats going on and I am losing my mind trying to find any way to not have this happen.
