I have tried it when it was not active as well, didnt work :(and im afraid i cant do it with the character i started it with since i deleted that one ages ago.. EDIT:I finally managed to solve it..i had to laugh at them when they asked for me to help them, not during the event @__@ -
For a while now i have been wanting to do the first tier collection for the legendary weapon Quip, but i am stuck. This is because i cannot get the 'laugh at the orgres of deagun shun'' achievement. I waited for the appropriate event to appear, and laughed at every ogre available, but the collectiona achievement simply refuses to unlock, even if i switch maps or characters. Does anyone else have this issue?

Got my arse kicked 15 ways to sunday with my weaver ele...still havent figured out how to even start on this guy as it stands right now...kinda(very) frustrating
