  1. I won't give an aggressive impression, but in many lines seems like you skipped what i wrote. Let's make some statement: -Victor's urn sucks. I think it's designed to suck. If you want to play pve you just never go into the alliance legend, costantly spamming healing and alacrity, so it doesen't matter which skills have the alliance legend. If you want play pvp you should play power and much of your power budget is on the elite skill. As payback, his counterpart, the Victor's Urn, is weak. This is the reason why you should keep your F2 instead of spam it on cooldown. -If you play pvp you don't want follow completely his healing nature, using it more like a usefull support part of your kit. Probably you will use an Avatar set of stats for this role. Probably it's too early for say if it's good or bad in pvp, usually people need some time to learn new spec and the better way to use in that content, as it doesn't follow the normal traitlines that normal elite specs will use in order to maximise the focus on his role, preferring an hybrid approach. -Dodge is the main mechanic for many elite specs. Mirage and Daredevil are the best cases. A great part of their kit pass through the dodge, even nerfing his movement action, but the specs are not bad in my opinion. A healing vindicator con dodge once every 3 seconds, a power vindicator need some more time, but honestly in both his roles i think having such a good power budget on a low cooldown mechanic is great. Let's go right to the point: Healing revenant has a 2570+healing*0,5 bas heal multiplier and power vindicator has a 1050*4 damage multiplier on dodge. These are big numbers. The different cooldown of the two let us understand which is his true incilation, but the other one as a niche to exist. -I never said to use greatsword while using Ventari. Ventari needs the staff. The greatsword is a power weapons, but even in that role it feels clunky. I think it just needs some animation speed. Ventari in pvp is clunky too, but it's because it's basically designed for raids. At last, honestly i think an herald that heals less than a vindicator because of his little base values and multipliers and gives half boons of a true support because not using concentration is not a big deal, doing half of the work in both senses and in both pvp and pve. I don't see vindicator bad response to healing, because the main difference with herald is that herald can only swap to shield and hope it is not in cooldown, o use facet of light and heal only himself (And this is huge in pvp, but not that much otherwise) while herald just has a fast cooldown on dodge and press a doble tap on the keyboard. The payoff on health ammount value the time of a dodge. I also play healing herald because i personally prefer play renegade as a cdps, especially in raids where i think is more enjoyable than other locations, but after a test for vindicator's supportivity... well, now it feels really a placeholder. Still had no time to practice much in pvp because my focus was at cryng in a corner for my catalist, but i will probably check the arenas when the time will come.
  2. Personally i think Anet approach with the revenant's alacrity trait is to grant it only to a definite build. That probably the payoff of such a unflexible legend like Ventari. Well, that true, many of the traits are repetitive. They are functional in my opinion, but some difference is apreciable. The change for a selfish trait on salvation adept find my approval. For "Word of censure" i can agree, but in that case "Invoking harmony" shall give support without have a legend swap option, or simply become "Tranquil balance". Planar protection is a trait that isn't designed for Glint, but Ventari in my opinion. Moving the tablet around is considered a healing skill, so it's very usefull with the right build. With Glint i usually go for Close quarters, as i enjoy it while i disengage for the hammer usage.
  3. Hammer and staff are ok for a tanky Herald, but they are both double hand weapons. To use with shield you should go with sword, by it seems to me more an offensive style weapon, something you want to use with Shiro playstyle. Honestly i think your destructive approach to the conversation is more likely a try to put yourself on a pedestal and judge badly the others opinion's in order to bust your ego. With this kind of approach don't care about question more, it will be just useless for this kind of conversation like was from the start.
  4. I gave you the calculation on the precedent post. You can verify it making them by wiki. Maybe you didn't use all the equip you put on your Herald. If you use retribution and salvation you have plenty of dodge recharge, even in combat you can use it very often. Vindicator has a double identity. The alliance skill bar it's mostly for the pvp, where you enjoy flexibility for damage and healing. In pve you never use alliance skill bar, you just want to stay in Ventari and spam heals and alacrity. Basically you don't have to chose to heal and give boons with dragon or ventari, you just use both of the strong pats of alliance and centaur at the same time. For that reason i think Herald should be more focused and sharing boons and tanking instead of healing. As a vindicator you use staff too, because greatsword seems underwhelming. On the equip, i think both needs some concentration for share boons. If you just want some pure healer vindicator does so well too. On alacrity side, i personally think the support renegade is out of place. As a condi dps, it has too much supportivity in my opinion. I disagree on your vision of Anet plans. Putting all that endurance gain on retribution trait clarely it's a big shout at that gameplay. Similar to daredevil, but a healing version.
  5. In this kind of posts there more disagreement then approvations because when someone approves just don't leave a comment, so i don't really evalute the state of the critics atm. Everyone has things to do but still find time to leave a decent opinion, so just define something stupid and run is just childish. Seems more like you just get your build butchered and don't what to spent time to see others options and improvements.
  6. It's exactly because the fire adept have no power option everyone run Burning precision. Fire is a line that both support power and condi, while the adept trait has no power support. "Elemental surge" shall be stronger for be an option? Maybe. The swap in meaningless? Definitively disagree. As discussed with others here, probably "Flow like water" will be better swapped with "Soothing power". My idea for "Elemental shielding" is for let it work better with catalyst and less with tempest. Earth is a more defensive traitline, so i think make it too good for tempest, who is the support spec for the ele, it's a misconception. Instead i will buff more air for compensate. It's because the power ele is less hard to use. A complex use should be more rewarded or being ineffective.
  7. I see there are many build based on "Fresh air", and i think that is one of the main problems. Elementalist is a spec based on an high swap ability and pass most of my time in air feels reductive. I think have a more 4-element swap focus will be not only stronger, but also give more fun. Many complain abount playing piano, but honestly this is how the ele works, so the problem stands on the player, not the profession in my vision of things. Probably my idea of change is inconsistent, so i'm up to take suggestions on a better way, but i still think having a build that involves more balance into the swap will be better. The idea behind "One with air" was give to the air master trait section a supportive trait and i didn't gave to superspeed all that importance. As you suggest, merging stormsoul with Lightning rod will leave a spot open for the aoe support and that will clean the problem, so no need for "Inscriptions" to swap. Your suggestion for "Zaphir's boon" it's cool, i don't reject it. For "Inscription", you are right saying the boon part is just unnecessary. Probably a delayed second activation will be interesting, it will generate a golemancer build like in Path of Exile. Glyph of storms will probably be nerfed for this, but i take it. For "Stormsoul" i will probably suggest to spread shock aura while doing a crit with 8 seconds cooldown. I have to be honest, i didn't seen that problem with "Aeromacer's training". It's the only elemental training that works only while in his attunement. That really must be taken on standards.
  8. Ranger’s traits are divided based on the role your elite spec will play. If you play as a support you want use nature magic and marksmanship with Druid, as these two traitlines grant you healing, boons and cc. If you want to play condi dps you chose Skirmish and Wilderness survival with Soulbeast, gaining more related traits. If you want a tank, coming with EoD probably, you should focus on Wilderness survival and Nature magic, allowing you more defenses. Hammer is a good choice, said blindly. For the power ranger you will focus on Marksmanship and Beastmastery. I imagine him with a pistol, the “butcher”, with the special mechanic that let you enter the skin of the giant animals you hunt. Basically, a power ranger that enter a megazord, the ultimate meme specialization. For a more peculiar gameplay, as a “flex” spec, you want use Beastmastery with Skirmish, gaining a lot of evasion and movement. My idea for him is a rifle, the “hunter”, allowing him to catch his prey easily by sending his multiple pets. The great problem with the traits is the position of the weapons dedicated ones. -I suggest the swap of “Stoneform” and “Bountiful hunter”. Nature magic is based on heal and survival, so “Bountiful hunter” seems out of place. Same argument for “Stoneform”. Swapping them will make the adept traits of these traitlines more in line with their inclination. -“Ambidexterity” seems to me too much focus on weapons, and as I remember, maybe only warrior has a trait that work on two different weapons. For this trait I just suggest to move the dagger part on “Sharpened edges”. -Greatsword is the only weapon with a block, so it’s probably the main option for a tanky ranger. For that reason its trait should be played into the nature magic traitline. “Two handed training” moved as a grandmaster trait for nature magic will be the better way in may opinion. -“Invigoration bond”, leaving its place to “Two handed training”, moves into marksmanship grandmaster tier, taking the pace of “Predator onslaught”, giving at that traitline a support option as it should be played while spreading boons. -“Predator onslaught”, deprived of his place, goes on the master beastmastery trait, taking the open spot remaining by “Two handed training”, allowing the master beastmastery trait having an option to fulfill its power dps role.
  9. Don't worry, that statement was not for you. You explained your point of view and asked for clarity, discuss like this it's a pleasure.
  10. The idea of making Fresh Air a all-elemens random cooldown it's more for the theme around these traitlines. Attunement cooldown is an arcane competence in my opinion, as other traits do similar things. This kind of "special treatment" for air make me feel a bit... unbalanced while looking at the traits of my ele. And as you said, i think it's would be more funny have something a little random. Obviously the trait must have a decent cooldown, something like 10 seconds.
  11. The idea of switching “Flow like water” and “Cleansing water” it's because ele has both "Flow like water" and "Soothing disruption as selfish traits, while the grandmaster options for selfishness survavibility are underwhelming. Supposing the catalyst is the survivalist ele as said in the stream, making more selfish options i think is the best way for make him viable, expecially in pvp, where tanky specs works better. But yeah, you made a good point with your condi cleanse combo, so probably Soothing power should be the one changing it's place.
  12. That's an interesting quote, man. I agree that you can it's completely possible move Draconic echo instead, the result it's almost the same. But now i'm interessed by the healing comparison. We can assume 2100 base healing power. Both vindicator and herald share: -Tranquil balance (x1,2 heals); -Serene rejuvenation (x1,15); -Selfless amplification (+661,5 heal, it's not moltiplicative); -Sigil of transference (x1,1); -Rune of the monk (x1,2); -No food. Herald can count on the Elevated compassion (10 allies, but the effect can heal each ally once over 3 seconds); Vindicator can count on the healing dodge and the Saint's shield trait buff (x1,2). Herald: (389+2100*0,175)*1,2*1,15*1,2*1,1+661,5=2040 heal every 3 seconds on 10 allies. Vindicator: (2570+2100*0,5)*1,2*1,15*1,2*1,1*1,2+661,5=7390 heal + 3620 barrier every dodge on 5 allies. With the right traits vindicator can dodge almost around every 3 seconds while never going in the alliance legend, so keeping perma alacrity with Ventari. I don't won't to be disrespectul, but i think vindicator is really busted as an healer, while Elevated compassion seems to be a cool option, but not comparable. What do you think about?
  13. As you can read before, i alredy explained many of the choices i made for my comments. But i apreciate this more talkish approach. First of your questions: I think the main hand weapons Herald can wield are not that defensive as they have no evade/block/sustain. By the traits and the skills he has i can recognize him as a tank, so a main hand weapon that can have more sustain will be more interesting. Second & third questions: personally i think the great of the power budget of tanky herald is on glint's heal and shield skills. Honestly i don't think Herald is one of the most defensive specs, except for the last phase. So yeah, a dedicated main hand weapon will fit. If there is any other obscure line in my suggestions keep asking.
  14. At the same time i agree and disagree. I agree SPB work better in pvp (like basically should do the tanks, as pvp is a game mode based on survive ability) and i agree that Berserker is good in raids. The point i disagree is the same Vancho exposed not much ago: they should not be locked for the game mode, but for the gamplay. Something will be stronger in a mode or another, but i think the goal of the elite specs is give a focused gameplay. In my opinion they should just make Bladesworn less clunky, allowing him to play more game modes (because i know, actually it's playable only in raids).
  15. And this kind of comment is what i get when someone that see his build butchered by some traitline clarity/focus join the conversation. Just a comment dense with superiority complex with no explanations and discussion arguments.
  16. Different by many of the others’ traitlines, the guardian create a big synergy between the same time of trait’s inclination. Zeal work well with Radiance in both Pdps and Cdps build, meanwhile Honor work well with Valor in both supportive and tanky role. Virtues seems to be the “flex” traitline of the profession. One of the problem I recognized with the guardian is represented by the mace, by for this point I will describe first his existing and potential elite specs. The dragonhunter seems to be guardian’s flex spec. It can play different styles, while probably enjoying specifically the Virtues traitline for enhance this flexibility. For him I suppose some more cc that the other specs, then Hammer and Longbow. The willbender is clearly the Pdps spec, mostly designed for pvp. As it’s coming soon, I have to say I don’t think there is a bad design here, but it’s a bit too similar at thief gameplay. Probably some different animation? Honestly I don’t have suggestions for him. He should play greatsword and double swords. Actually firebrand is the condi option for the guardian, but I think this will change when something like the “absolver” will came out for him. In my fantasy guardian will gain a double pistol, based on burning, with a flavor Van-helsing style, purifying the enemies with burning silver bullets. Flames becomes silver and gaining judgments instead of virtues, allowing him to apply more condi damage based on the number of condition on the enemy. The weapons he will use with the pistols should be scepter and torch, but I thought a twist for this: rework guardian’s scepter as a melee weapon, making the head of the scepter be incandescent in order to sear the enemies. The tanky spec of the guardian will maybe be the “pacifier”? For the role of this spec I imagine mechanics based on aegis and the virtues become some aoe field of pacifism, a new kind of cc. Gaining two ranged daggers, he may use them ranged like the head of two spiritual spears. With them he clearly want to use mace and focus. I think the firebrand was once designed to be the Cdps spec, but due to the high amount of supportive option is now a support role more than a Cdps. As weapons he will apply might and heals with staff and apply protection with shield. The problem comes with the main hand weapons. He was minded as an axe bearer, but axe work better with a burning type of build, as its chops hits twice, triggering F1 easier. Meanwhile, mace is a gorgeous healing main hand. I think mace should be less focused on healing and gain hammer’s aoe protection, while hammer will gain the cc inclination of the axe. Axe, in exchange, will take the healing potential of the mace. Talking about traitlines, I will suggest some changes: Zeal and radiance should have in each section a condi trait, a power trait and a resolution trait. Honor and Valor should have a healing/boon spread trait, a defensive/empowering trait and a virtue trait. In order to keep dragonhunter flexibility, Virtues traitline shall be the one providing resolve, while radiance and zeal will have the trait working while having resolve. Then virtues shall have a trait in each section based on virtues, working well with Valor and Honor. For the third option probably something about cc. For help the balance I hope hammer and longbow will give resolve, a day. Specifically, the suggestions are: -Swap “Zealoth’s resolution” with “Inspired virtue”, in order to let only virtues traitline give resolve. -Swap “Unscattered contender” with “Wrathful spirit” for let the Zeal be focused on the dps and the virtue be flexible. -“Furious focus” should be the resolve trait, so I suggest to make it work with resolve instead of fury. -“Shattered aegis” should be the grandmaster resolve trait, I suggest to make it a trait that give you aegis when you gain resolve. -“Healer’s resolution” I think it’s a bit underwhelming, so I suggest to make him irresistible while playing focusing on resolve. For this something like “you are healed by the damage reduced from resolve” should make people crazy for it. -“Strenght of the fallen” is a trait that work only in bad occasions and I think you really prefer something else in too many occasions. What if instead it automatically cast F3 instead of going downed (60 s cooldown?)? -Probably it would be a too much huge trade, but swapping “Strength in numbers” with “Valorous defense” will make Valor traitline so much better, especially in wvw. -“Protective reviver” work only in some specific case, so it should be better. What if lower the cooldown of one of your used virtues in addition? -“Pure of heart” should became the virtue trait in this section, so what if it give you aegis after you use a virtue? -“Writ of persistence” is the grandmaster trait for Honor that I chose to become the virtue based. I think you can let it empower guardian’s F2 while on a symbol.
  17. Wait, so basically you say i'm proposing these changes only for the benefit of my personal build meanwhile you say your problem is these changes destroy your personal build. Is't that hypocrisy, sir? Personally i think giving might to allies is a supportive trait, not an offensive one, but i can see the difference of opinion and on what it's based. I think elevated compassion will not compete with hardened persistence because as a Herald healing is not your effective role. People may use it now because there are only worst option for a heal revenant, but when Vindicator will come out if you want a heal revenant a small ammount like 650 heal every 3 seconds will make you laugh lloking at the healing a vindicator can make with a dodge. In my opinion Shared empowerment it's a must, then you can chose between hardened persistance and elevate compassion, where the first option citated is clarely more peculiar. Hope i've been enough expanatory.
  18. I just gave my opinion for what i think should improve revenant traitlines. Just like you did on my opinion, but without being unnecessarily cocky.
  19. That's good, looking at how many complain about the ele on this forum, lol. If i really destroyed all the builds with so few changes, meta ele is actually very boring. Fortunately healing tempest is still giving me some fun.
  20. An easy to define profession, but a true chaos of traitlines. The traits themselves are ok, clear and powerful, the problem is the fact they are placed randomly in the skill tree. Let’s talk before all about my idea of the elite specs, in order to define which line is used by who. The tanky warrior is the Spellbreaker, based on Defense and Tactics. It focus on tankynes and boon share, while removing boons from enemies. Berserker is the condi dps, based on Arms and Discipline. With longbow and sword+torch he strike the goal of his role. The incoming Bladesworn is the power dps one, based on Strength and Arms. Personally I will use him with rifle. I think the design based on the ammos is cool, but give him another greatsword is repetitive. The megadamage hit is ok in pve, but in each other game mode is very bad. The gm trait is designed to make it more viable, but it needs more cast time and damage reduction. The utility are ok, he already has all the damage he needs, some flexibility is worth. I’m not a warrior player and talking to friends they basically said they feel it clunky and they feel stupid playing him. All the goal is charge flow and discharge it. In raid it’s good have and entry level dps, but it is a bit too much low skill to use many think. Strength and Defense is probably the “flex” one, shall we call him the “Brute”? With the addition of staff and using also hammer and maces, he will be the master of crowd control. Probably he will have some special burst skill for chase the opponent. The support warrior, maybe the “Charger”, con count on Tactics and Discipline. For him I imagine the main hand pistol, usable with greatsword and warhorn for give important boons such quickness and alacrity. Probably a mini reword of the greatsword will be needed. The boomerang blade shall be only a throw, but the character will make a little dash in that direction for recover the weapon, gaining cooldown for that. I suppose as a Charger your goal will be inspire allies diving into battle with many movement skill, encouraging shouts and banners, and spreading tons of swiftness and quickness. For healping allies with a main hand pistol, you shall have a signal shot that will mark the enemy, making allies deal more damage to him. As I said before, traitlines actually are chaotic, so I will rapidly suggest which trait shall be moved in order to make him be used by the right type of specialization: -Brave stride, based on movement, goes on minor master on tactics. -Restorative strength, as based on might gain, shall be used by a mightgiver, so major master tactics. -Forceful greatsword, as used by a high movement weapons, goes on major master discipline. -Great fortitude goes on major master defense. -Might makes right should be a defense major grandmaster, working with might and heal. -Opportunist works with immobilize, so I chose it as a minor adept trait for discipline. -Unsuspecting foe is based on cc, so a major adept spot for strength isn’t bad. -Furious and Crackshot swap their places in order to make Bladesword use better the rifle without let the Berserker a single useful trait. -Dogged march is based on movement, so it shall go in a major master spot for discipline. -Armored attack gives power, so which spot is better than a major master of strength? -Clensing ire is the last one I moved, just because the others were already. The last spot left for him was major adept for strenght. -Leg specialist is very useful, but is a choice that negates the trait for warhorn. I moved into a major grandmaster spot for discipline. -Empowered is a good traitline, but I personally prefer downgrade him as a major adept tactics trait. -Warrior’s cunning shall be used by Bladesworn, so I put it into the major adept arms place. -Shrug it off it’s ok, but I needed space so I moved it on discipline, a major grandmaster trait. -Versatile rage I think should be reworked into something more useful for berserker and moved into a major grandmaster discipline spot. -Doubled standards it’s too good to be a choice, I will see it as the minor grandmaster trait for discipline. -Destruction of the empowered is a good dps option, so major master strength. -Versatile power I think would be good as a major adept for defense. -Axe mastery will be good as a major master trait for discipline. -Heightened focus is basically a burst dps option, good for the major grandmaster strength. -Burst mastery is good for both the offensive specs, so a major master spot in the arms traitline is perfect. I think something more can be improved, but honestly put some orders into the traitlines and define what every line do is a very good way to start a better definition of the traits you want use for define the gameplay of your character.
  21. The choice of Shared Empowerment is for let him work with Herdening Persistence too, giving you the choice of supporting allies with heal or damage reduction while you are giving them boons. You basically never use Draconic Echo becose if you are in pve you don't need to consume darkness and streght while you don't have to keep up Facet of elements, you consume it instantly. In pvp is the opposite, you want consume darkness and strenght for their effects and keep up elements during the moovement between points. And by they way, you have to know each facet pulse in the same moment of the other, so Shared empowerment give his bonus only one time, doesn't matter how many facets you keep up. Regard the rest of what you define "random as kitten suggestions": Swap " “Tranquil balance” with “Invoking harmony” is usefull because Invoking harmony is useless and Tranquil balance is strong. In the master section all the traits are bad for a healer, while in the adept you prefer take Vital blessing, skipping Tranquil balance. While you use Ventari, you don't want swap legend to keep up alacrity, so vindicator is perfect as it give a burst healing mechanich without let you lose Ventari. This means you never go into legendary alliance to activate the trait. Vital blessing is essential for the huge heals and vigot is gives, and Tranquil balance is very good too. "Eye for an eye": on revenant you cannot focus on put break stuns in you utility, so give a trait that you will activate few times isn't that great. Better rework it into something Jalis will apreciate, like defenses while have stability, boon in his kit. "Glaring resolve": same tought as Eye for an eye. Meanwhile, adept invocation has nothing specifically designed for condi dps, so it's better add something in that way on Glaring resolve or Rising tide. "Rapid flow": Incensed response is a good trait, but honestly i think there must be a better option in mater invocation section. I tought at Rapid flow, but i agree right now on the possible complain from pvp players as it is very good in pvp. Probably a better version of Incensed response will be cool.
  22. Personally i like so much the idea of the luxon and kurzik heroes, they are so fitting the lore, but they are humans and we alredy have a human legend. If we won't have a race for each legend, why take out Kalla from nowhere? Personally i hope they will change San Viktor and Archemorus with something fitting, thematically opponents, but still based on offense and heal. Mursaats and seers fit this role greetly. And don't remember, before start their war they were allied aganist elder dragons. For the other i want a power legend tengu, with 2 daggers. The last one i want is the forgotten god Arachnia, the one who was defeated by Abaddon and made him a god. Double pistols spitting webs, only one legends usable and no swap, but the F1 mechanic is the complete incarnation that will change all your skills.
  23. The traits of revenant changed so many times after his release, so they may look a bit mixed now. If you play tank (Herald) or support (vindicator), you want in both cases Retribution and salvation traits. What I find uncomfortable with herald is the absence of a dedicated main hand with shield. Adding a new weapon (main hand axe?) to this elite specialization will probably help him tank better. The vindicator only make me question about the spirits. Kalla was created out of nowhere just for not overlap spirit races, and now we have 3 humans. I can comprend the role of the luxon and kurzik, but seems to be a very bad repetition. Maybe it’s possible swap them with legendary seer and mursaat. -“Eye for an eye” is better if give protection while you have stability. -Swap “Tranquil balance” with “Invoking harmony”. -Swap “Shared empowerment” with “Elevated compassion”. Renegade is the condi dps spec. He probably will use invocation and corruption because of the high legends swap and the cdps, but I think actually he has too much flexibility as a support ability. I have no precise indications about support nerf, but actually it’s working as a better support than the others that are supposed to fill that role. -“Glaring resolve” will work better with corruption if will grant expertise when you have conditions on you. -“Rapid flow” should give boons to you after you inflict a condition to an enemy. The power spec will probably based on devastation and invocation. Completely based on strike damage, the “mistwalker” (?) needs a low cost elite skill that buff himself. For open rift he may use double daggers, slashing the reality veil. Legendary tengu? The flex spec is probably left on devastation and corruption. The “incarnator” (?) will lose the weapon and spirit swap. In exchange will have access to longbow and the ancient spirit of the god Arachnia. Arachnia will give him the access to her incarnation, changing all the abilities of the owner into melee combat focused skills. The traitline will be focused on siphoning health and transfer conditions to enemies.
  24. The Mesmer is very chaotic in his traitlines, and has not many two handed weapons. Basically one of the problem is the lack of support weapons, so I suggest to add one two handed weapons for the vanilla Mesmer. Personally I think a supportive will be good for the support spec of chrono. For the virtuoso the other weapons don’t seems to fit very well in the second hand, I think he will need a second dagger with the specialization. So let’s start. Domination: Based on power dps, interruptions and shatter, probably is the more clear traitline of the Mesmer actually. Duel: Interruptions and critical hits. -“Duelist’s discipline” should be focused on power dps, so the bleeding addiction is out of place. Better change the bleeding with vulnerability. -“Phantasmal fury” it’s almost useless now, better rework it into a trait that will grant some alacrity to allies when illusions are shattered, with a cooldown. This will complete the chrono trait for the quickness on shatter. -“Sharper images” bleeding is out of place, I think is better an aoe might share instead. -“Evasive mirror” it’s ok, but better if work with blocks too and moved in the place of “Protected phantasms”. Chaos: cdps and survival. -“Method of madness” it’s easier to use with staff is use activate it everytime you blink. -“Prismatic understanding” should be the condi damage gm trait, so it probably should give condi damage after a stealth. -“Bountiful disillusionment” should give stability to allies too. Ispiration: heal and boons. -“Protected phantasm” should be swapped with “Evasive mirror” and changed to a trait for the newly added bow. Illusion: condi dps and shatter. -“Phantasmal haste” I think must become the shatter master trait for illusions, so I suggest to change it into gain quickness and/or superspeed after a shatter. The elite specs made by the base traits should be: Chaos+Illusions: Mirage, actually very clear as a condi dps elite spec. Weapons set: axe1, scepter, torch. Domination+Dueling: the “Cockblocker”? The “Dreamwalker”? A spec based on interruptions and pdps damage. Weapons set: Main hand pistol with the elite spec, based on third hit daze, then pistol and sword for second hand. Chaos+Ispiration: the “mastemind” maybe? Self healing, damage reduction and a traitline based on reflect a portion of the damage you evade or block, a tank. Weapons set: Staff, focus and with the specialization a mace in first hand. Illusions+Domination: incoming with EoD, the Virtuoso is the “flex” spec. I think he base his dps on spamming the shatter. Probably he will need just a bit of shattering power in his traitline, but it looks very cool and balanced. Weapons set: Greatsword, but in the swap he should wield both daggers, not only one. Ispiration+Dueling: the chrono should be the support role, but actually he cannot be complete as only the ispiration traitline provide a truly support to the chronomancer one. Dueling need some good option to work with them. Weapons set: Sword and shield, then the newly added vanilla bow.
