When I start the story chapter "An error in the system" it tells me that I should read my mail, a message from the kito agent which never reaches me even if I restart the chapter, I need help please. I have already abandoned the chapter and started others and I have returned and nothing follows the bug, I have requested help but as always the technical assistance never gives me a solution and it is frustrating. I hope you can help me here.
