Still having the same issue myself! The tie-dyed text lives to see another patch.

Having the exact same issue, character select, loading screens, all text is rendering as tie-dye. On Windows 7, updated graphics card drivers and restarted computer before turning on beta. no word ETA: GTX 1060 6gb here as well
