@Nightwalker.7982 I would try ensuring Windows is not corrupted. You can run, as an administrator SFC /SCANNOW (this almost never works). I would run dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth Also I would google "DX WEB SETUP" and download from Microsoft and install. This issue has been going on for about 2 months for me and some others. After a complete reinstall of Windows and the game, I didn't crash for almost 6 weeks. Then, 3 times this week so... -
Me too. I got rid of ARCDPS and GShade/Reshade. Deleted everything out of .../APPDATA/ Let the game recreate the folder and still got the error about every 20-30 minutes in WvW last night. I reported it every time.

It works fine. set reshade or gshade for DX9. Copy the d3d9.dll (or gshade64.dll) to bin 64 and make sure its named d3d9.dll. When it comes up, on the far right of the bar it will say D3D11...

I enabled Dx11 and now game crashes at start

I too am having this exact same issue. It must be something on my main account. My main account has 42 character slots and it crashes immediately on start. I can log in to all 5 of my other accounts and they all work perfectly fine. I wonder if its a character slot issue. All of the other accounts are less than 30 toons... Most are at 6 or 7. I've even deleted BIN64 and appdata directory and let GW2 client rebuild them. Same thing, all the other accounts work except for my main.
