  1. What I'm doing is trying not to ever do kryptis events (if they aren't on the daily/weekly), and all the essences I got I put them in a 2nd character which only contain kryptis essences. People say to craft motivation, but to me it seems like a very long process, because you have to first get research notes, craft uncommon, craft common, craft rare and hope to make some profit out of all of this time consuming process, which I'll never do again. Totally not interested in legendary crafting.. so hopefully, they'll make these essences sellable or something with the upcoming patches
  2. Bro, it's just 250AA... at this point you should have already purchased all the available "gold" things (laurel, 6AA bags, mystic coins, etc..), so why you should really care getting these? If you get the 30AA bag, you will get just 8 gold XD
  3. I'm italian too, but I never had any problem understanding what you had to do by reading the description of the achievements. Also, in my opinion, these mastery points achievements are very easy and fast to complete (except some from the icebrood saga). The ones from SOTO are super easy; basically, just do all the events on both of the maps and you will unlock many mastery points already. Btw, if you are having these type of problems, you could just search up for the achievement name on Google, Youtube (for guided visual tutorials) or gw2 wiki (you can translate the page, so you can follow all the steps easily). For me it's totally a bad idea to be able to unlock mastery points within the Wizard's Vault..
  4. The fun part is the price. I brought a new friend into playing GW2, and she was considering buying some expansions.. there were discount on expasions and the situation was like this: - HoT + PoF (15 EUR) = 9 maps + many mounts + glider - EoD (23 EUR) = 4 maps + turtle + fishing + skiff - SotO (25 EUR) = 2 maps + a new skill for skyscale (?) what do you think she was more interested buying in your opinion? (she asked me if it was some kind of joke) Even I, who have the 455 masteries, am considering if buying the latest expansion or not. They are offering VERY low value, but they know GW2 fanboy gonna buy expansions even if they costs 50 EUR and putting 2 maps
  5. lol well in the end they tried did that, but because of engine it didn't really pushed it like cyberpunk, but still ended up being my favourite map of the expansion so
  6. I am mild protan (basically I detect too much green light and not enough red light, but I can see all the three colors) and I have no problems with the colors in the expansion, maybe because is just mild. I liked a lot the vibrant green of the jade sea map on their trailer, but then playing in-game seems they reduced that vibrance on some parts of the map, sometimes it is vibrant green sometimes it becomes dull green (but maybe is because of different lightning and weather) But yeah, I understand that for people that cannot see one of the three color it becomes really difficult to play, so if they add that accessibility is good, but I believe there should be 3rd party software to edit any of the color you see wrong, maybe the nvidia filter or reshade plugin
  7. If you are referring to slow input lag and movement like for example rotating your character in character selection screen, you can solve by watching my reply if you have an nvidia graphics card (but I believe there is an option for amd cards too) * actually the fix works even just by editing the gw2-64.exe and not going on the global settings anymore *
  8. Would like to see the Seraph Wings Backpack and Glider combo in the gemstore instead of the statuette shop
  9. So I would like to say that I've solved my problem of input lag, I don't know if it was fixed with the latest update of today. Basically I went to nvidia control panel as before, 3d settings but instead of going in the tab "Program setting" and selecting gw2-64.exe you have to go into the "Global settings" and you look for Vertical Sync option and you put "disabled" and apply. Of course the vertical sync option in-game have also to be disabled, and put the game in full screen. To me it solved the problem, now vertical sync isn't no more actived at random when playing (even though I have more or less the same fps of dx9, but loading of models are faster in dx11). You will know if you correctly disabled the vertical sync if you see in the game settings that fps are capped to 63 instead of 60. Still would like to see an update for fixing the gamma not working, at the moment I'm calibrating the gamma with the monitor settings every time I open gw2, thank you for your work.
  10. Speaking of me, I don't have any graphical issue at all. But I have a huge problem with fps and input lag: Basically the game had the max fps at 60 instead of 63 and that might not be seen as a problem, but when fps drops the input lag become huge. I can move a window in game with mouse and drawing a circle and the window has some difficulties follow the cursor, it is like in slow motion. Also fps drops randomly at exactly 30fps (not 31 or 29), but it become unplayable because when I change camera position it happens most of the time. Even in the character creation screen, if I move the character there is the input lag even at 60fps. Another weird example is that sometimes animations goes in slow motion and then double the normal velocity for a second or two, and finally back to normal. I was thinking that was a problem related to vertical sync, even though in-game the option was off. I use Nvidia card, so I went to control panel, 3d settings and tried to forcing turning it off. And it is better, but still sometimes it isn't off. Randomly the v-sync turn it on and the input lag become clear again. It happens like every 10 minutes or so. I can see the solution is by turning off the v-sync but I am not able to do it permanently. For now I'm going back to Dx9. i5 8400 4.0Ghz - 8GB RAM - GTX 1050 2gb
