  1. You can change the graphics settings from the character select screen. The gear in the top left corner.
  2. Did you try downloading the setup file from the link that was left previously?
  3. I think the original instructions were to rename: gw2-64.exe to gw2-64.old gw2-64.tmp to gw2-64.exe and see if that would fix your launch issue.
  4. Stupid question and there is 0 reason why this should work...but did you try rebooting your computer?
  5. Does the windows event viewer show anything about gw2-64.exe? You can search under "Event Viewer" and then click on Windows Logs->Application and Filter Current Log...then probably put gw2-64.exe as a keyword.
  6. Harumph 🙂 That was my only thought and I have no other ideas as to why windows would be showing that popup. You could try reinstalling or wait until an ANET employee responds and see what troubleshooting ideas they have.
  7. Can you right click on D:\Program Files\Guild Wars 2\Gw2-64.exe and choose Properties then choose the Compatibility tab then click "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and leave it on Windows 8. Hit ok and try to run GW2 again?
  8. My wife and I both had GW2 crash right after killing Joko during "Be My Guest" right as the bright flash of light would have occurred. I was able to determine this by disabling DX11 on both of our machines and only had to rerun that last part of the mission. The "report an error" popup came up on my machine when it crashed last night so I was able to report that error.
  9. I had stopped moving to take a look at something when I noticed that the camera wouldnt move. The game crashed to desktop without a "report an issue" popup being displayed and the guildwars log in %appdata%\Guild Wars 2 being updated. This is an Acer laptop running Windows 10 19043.1237 with an Nvidia 960.
