Same issue here. Very sad no one cares. Without beta 15-20 ping. Crowded about 40. In beta 50-70. Crowded 100-150 Unplayable in bigger fights..

Try to install/copy gw2 on another hd. Had the same error some weeks ago and this fixed it for me. Just takes a few minutes if you have a second had in your pc.

Game runs smooth in DX11, looks better and more FPS, but crashes all the time. R5 2600/ Vega 56/32 GB. Switching back to DX9 brings much lag, but no crashes.

The d3d9.dll in the bin folder is created by the arc dps addon. If you are playing without addons, there will be no dll.

Crashing with DX11 all the time in Metas, and with DX9 it´s so laggy. Hope they will fix ist soon. Not playable at the moment.
