Ahhh that would explain it. I keep finishing Scarlet's minions in the story missions, but I guess they don't count. I guess you only get to stab them with a stick in those. Thanks. I couldn't seem to find that info.

Hello all. I got the birthday finisher a long while back, but it never shows up. I click on it in the list of options, but all I ever see is that wooden stake. Any thoughts anyone?

Okay thanks for clarifying. I'm planning on farming bladed armor once I get there. Despite the age ofy account I am still wrapping up core Tyria, but it will be nice to grab a lunatic chest to avoid the boss grind. 😛

I did read the wiki, thank you. I was referring more to whether the related achievements are account wide or character specific, as it does not mention that. I'm a busy mom, so I don't really have time to add crafting on top of normal PVE play. I was also wondering if the achievements reset each event, or if next Halloween it will be locked?

Hi all. Despite having an old account I have only just really been able to get back to the game recently. I acquired a couple of lunatic gear pieces, and did not realize they were achievement specific. I selected stats, but then read later that you can actually choose celestial stats! I didn't see it as an option, so I'm assuming there was a scroll bar that I missed. Are these gear pieces available only once per account? Per character? Per event? Could someone please explain how these achievements work, as I seem to find very little useful information from my searches.
