  1. FYI for anyone in this thread, it's working now, and it's still 50% off. Dunno for how long.
  2. They must have extended it then... The email specifically says "From now until November 29, Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire is on sale for up to 50% off." Guess we'll see.
  3. But the 50% off is only through Monday, Nov 29. So if it is an issue that they're just not fixing because it's the weekend, the sale will be over by the time they get to it.
  4. Same problem, last night and all of today... Will they even acknowledge/fix it or is the sale "over" for all intents and purposes? I even contacted their support but they basically just said it's Amazon's problem. Seems like ANet would make it THEIR problem if their game can't be bought... They must be losing out on a lot of potential sales. Oh well, guess I'll wait for the next sale. I've got plenty of other games to play in the meantime.
  5. I was tempted to get PoF at 50% off but is the site down or something? Are they out of keys already? So confused.

Shouldn't that concern... anyone? Maybe ArenaNet has enough loyal fanboys dropping hundreds on the game regularly, I dunno. I understand that companies have to make money; most game companies nowadays are shamelessly greedy but that's capitalism for you. My problem is
  7. I bought Guild Wars 2 when it was first released way back in 2012. It was like $50-60 back then. I played through most of the original release, until shortly before the first expansion pack. I haven't touched the game since. Recently I've been thinking of returning to the game. After a fiasco with ArenaNet locking my account for "security" reasons, I got back in on my old level 80 warrior and started playing around. I saw that I could get all three expansions, including the upcoming End of Dragons, for $50 which is reasonable. Then I started digging a little more and learned that the
