There is a bug

I am at the step "Scan for rifts while the heart is enhanced". I did scan for hours, killed everything and did all event I could, but nothing happen. I dunno how I can "enhance" my heart, I already didn't understood what is the heart I use to scan things, I just use it and it worked until now.

This is especially why I ask for a specific option, I dun want to lower all graphics settings, i just want to minimize the ground area effects and keep the rest of the game beautiful.

I try to make this request very simple. For McM, can you please add an option to disable all the visual effects of ground area and just keep the vectorial red/white rendering (circle, square and such) ? Everyone, if you want it too, can you please up/vote this post ?

I am sure you can do better : Stealth gyro kill caster. Medkit #1 deal damages to allies. Purge gyro now apply random conditions to ally. Fumigate now only removes 1 conditions instead of 5. Medical dispersion field changed from 15% to 0.1% Purity of Purpose no longer works. ICD changed from 3 to 3600 seconds. And I add : 7. When anyone do anything in this game, reboot PC. Now we have a very fun game.

Can't agree more, stop it please ! Why do they had to beta test a single feature which have absolutly no sense alone (making it a lot worse, globaly an horrible experience for everyone), on all the main servers for a whole week ? 24 hours was enough, you found tons of bugs to fix, just go work on it and give us back the game, wvw is like closed for a whole week ... The only positive point of this beta are the players who remain really nice and friendly in overall despite being really desperates by the global mess.

It sucks. There is no point to fight for anything in wvw now, it just lost its soul. We fight for a server which is part of our identity as a community, built in the long run. GW2 is no more a MMORPG, Massivly got replaced by Randomly.
