  1. Hi. After yesterday's patch I've got a mail saying that my "God walking amongst mere mortals" title was given by mistake and it has been revoked. The problem is I did earn the title back in gw1 and there was no problem with it in gw2 for the past 10 years me playing this game.
  2. Now it's accually radius of 360 which is just kick in the crotch, followed by another one in there being no delay in Mechanical Genius dropping. The moment mech decides to rush after Ensolyss you're screwed. If there really needs to be a leash in the first place, you're idea would be a good enough approach, but we still need a way to tell mech to go places, while not being dependant on "here boy" command that is just broken, given the AI. Sometimes I wonder if balance team even tests their changes before putting them live.
  3. If I understand it correctly herald will give quickness by having upkeep of -6 while applying boons with 3sec internal cd. That doesn't solve the problem. Shiro gives no boons so again you will be forced out of it asap to have 100% uptime on quick. Having the boon tied to certain combo finishers on scrapper is just idiotic. I'd doesn't change anything on the ground level - it doesn't free up your utility slots, it just makes it so you need to take sth different this time (both finishers and combo fields). Now instead of having synergic mechanic of superspeed and quickness we will have two separate mechanics that feel awkward. And scrapper does not have that many blasts and leaps. Plus heal scrapper gets double pounded - med kit nerf hits it hard plus will the bulwark gyro fit into utility bar or not? Mech radius of 360 is just harsh. How can you be sure if it is in range or not midfight? If you have it's skills on auto you risk bigger cooldowns just because mech isn't very responsive when it comes to following you and prioritizing positioning over skill use. On some bosses if you're tanking it is hard to have both your party and yourself in mech's radius, and you cannot "put a flag" for it to stand on.
  4. For scrapper - nothing basically changes. You still need to take number of certain skills and use them on cool down to give quickness. It's just skills that change - instead of heal gyro take turret, instead of blast gyro take... thumper turret... Etc.
  5. The problem isn't Anet, but the country you live in and it' tax laws. In US you always get shown a price without tax and then it's added in after purchase. In EU you're always shown a price including tax, hence no surprise there.
  6. As mentioned before - mechanist should be given his tool belt back when no mech active - giving it away is a bit too much for 100s cooldown. And there are a lot of skills on tool belt that are essential to engie gameplay (like bandage self, and most of the stun breaks are on toolbelt). 2nd of all, this cd is just enormous.. mechanist is an engie with a pet, industrial version of a ranger, but ranger gets 60s cooldown on his pet dying, and always has the second one to swap to. Mechanist on the other hand is half the core engie on mech dying. And one another thing - do not send back the mech when mounting up! It goes on a 10s cd whenever you mount (given he's full health) which is just plain annoying. Rangers always have their pet active. The moment they dismount, it's up.
