Hi all, I've been noticing for a few weeks/months that I am no longer able to keep any items in my Favorites on the Black Lion Trading Company interface. I can add items to my Favorites with no problem (clicking the small heart icon next to an item works) and they will stay in my Favorites until I log out of the game, but when logging back in all of my Favorites have disappeared and the list of Favorites is empty (on all my characters). Any clue? Is this a know issue? I haven't found anything like that on the forum beforehand. Thanks in advance Cheers -Eukerion

Hi all, I know this topic has been addressed already in the past but I'd like to get a 2022 up-to-date opinion on what to do with Volatile Magic and Eternal Ice Shards: I currently have about 30k VM and several stacks of Shards. I've read several conflicting suggestions and I'd like to know which is best right now. Some say turn Shards into VM and buy ascended trinkets then recycle them (is it profitable, and if so what kind of recycling tool is needed?), some say turn into VM and buy trophy shipments, some suggest to convert T5 materials from the shipments into T6 at Mystic Forge (any hint on how to do that and is it more profitable than selling the T5 materials?)... Hi guys, thanks for your answers! I had been playing quite a bit as I have 2 level-80 characters. And yes I'm trying to sell from the inventory screen, but also from the Black Lion menus (O). YES, that was the problem, thanks a lot! I was going crazy. Indeed my first 2 bags are invisible and any items in those bags are invisible to the Black Lion trading system. Moving the items to any "normal" bag did the trick, I'm now able to sell them normally. And I suspect the issue with the "Deposit all materials" feature is also related to my orbs of ectoplasm being in my invisible bags. Problems solved. Thanks a lot for your input! Cheers -- eukerion

Hi all, I'm a returning GW2 player (have been away from the game for 7 years). I have noticed that I simply cannot sell some (most) items from my inventory to the Black Lion trading company. The option to sell them simply doesn't appear when I right click the item. Of course I made sure the item I'm trying to sell is neither bound to my character or my account (see screenshot: https://ibb.co/SvFH4rR). Some items I can sell such as this one: https://ibb.co/z7SPGgn. What's more, there are several bugs with the crafting materials: some (such as orbs of ectoplasm) I cannot deposit to the bank using the automatic "Deposit all materials" (but I can deposit them manually by right clicking them), also, more annoying, I simply cannot sell the materials I have through the Black Lion company. Unless I'm misunderstanding something in the game mechanics that would explain why I can't sell these items or use these features, I think it's a bug. Did anyone encounter this problem?
