I am a healer - I picked up being a support ever since the release of HoT and druid on ranger. Ever since then all I've been using is monk. Monk monk monk monk - the new relic system has potential - but currently the best is GUESS WHAT - monk! I'm sick of monk! It's a boring stat increase! I want the Relic of Lyhr to be viable - or something fun along those lines! Mechanical changes!

Heals and regen do trigger it - it just has a cooldown to it. (source: playing with it as heal herald)

If anyone still has this issue - try switching to a different track then back to the track. Worked for me.

Not fixed - still experiencing issues - trying to earn reward track for the new track.

I will agree, that sort of sentiment is always silly in an MMO. I deeply care for GW2, I do not like the balance changes - will it kill it? Hell nah. I just want to be able to branch out from certain specs/classes without feeling like I'm gimping myself. Technically I can, but it doesn't feel right personally. Edit in for an example: I play support mech, but I prefer support scrapper. Firebrand does everything scrapper does but better. Quite a few strikes I've been in people would either want me to be firebrand or leave if they already have alacrity.
