I really want that runic armor, dang it ToT

I got told by support that "the item was confirmed credited" and I sent screenshots and... got nowhere T_T

I'm missing blue shards. I already went through support with no luck. 😞

Just saw another post re: Tier 1 rewards. Support claims they were awarded and won't assist further.

According to support, I got all the rewards for finishing tiers 1-4 achievements for the most recent return to achievement, but they did not all appear in my wallet. The Tier 3 rewards, the blue prophet shards (100) did not appear in my wallet and can't be used.
