I had this issue last week and it was fixed but it has reappeared again today with the new gemstore items. /sigh

Same thing is happening to me. All I want to do is spend some gems on the new skimmer skin. -
Same issue on main account, can access on alternate account with no problems on the same machine using the same executables. I want the new skimmer skin, and the returned salvagers. :)
