Yes, I wrote a ticket few days ago, they were really fast to gives me answers but they didn't manage to fix it.
They asked me many reports (crash.dmp logs, HijackThis) because this is their protocols, i guess. I already told them before that I tried everything even on others computers my account is crashing where any others accounts I have works well.
Finally after two days, they told me that their teams are aware of the problems and they working for a fix as soon as possible.
I gave an answer to this to ask if they plan to gives any promotions or extend gemstore promotions and they told me:
Which is mean that they can't extend gemstore promotions/items but they can maybe do something for you if you write them. (like maybe you can ask for an item that you missed, i don't really know)
I hope this problems will be soon resolved because it's really annoying even more when their lasts news gives 0 infos for this issues.
Anyway, it could be worst; actually few peoples can't even start the game.
