Since the update to the gem store stock today, the gem store once again is crashing the client anytime it is opened. Sure would love to spend my gems and more money on the game, alas, myself and many others it seems cannot. Please help.

I am happy to report that the patch that was just released this morning has resolved this issue.

Hello, Similar to other reports, I am unable to load the Gem Store without the client crashing. It happens every time I open the Gem Store and I am unable to make my desired purchases with gems any longer. I am not using any sort of overlay programs (Discord, GeForce Experience, etc). I am not using any kind of addons (ArcDPS, etc). I have DX11 (beta) enabled, however I have attempted opening the Gem Store with DX11 disabled and receive the same crash. I have ensured that Windows Defender has exceptions for the Guild Wars 2 client and it is fully allowed. Any help would be appreciated so I can continue supporting the game and make purchases.
