Just completed most of Return to Eye of the North with a friend and can confirm the same - neither of us got the 100 Red Prophet Shards for the Tier 1 rewards. Screenshot -
My friend and I also just finished most of Return to Eye of the North and can confirm neither of us received the 100 Red Prophet Shards. We got the blues and greens but no red. For reference, I now 192 blue, 163 green, 67 red. My friend has 184 blue, 177 green, 50 red. Definitely a bug.
