yup there's a reason why guard has only one condition aka burning and it's not on every auto attack but every 5/3 traited

the diference of the hot fix patch on rev and de was because it was a bug aka not intended. the balant buff over the last 5-6 patches ele has recived that made it broken beyond stupidity was intended by cmc and the balance team so don't expect any patch any time soon.

he's not bad at balancing the game, the only problem is the baias for ele when he balance making him look like a 🤡

They forogt to give sometihng to the traits they kill with cd reductions basicaly now are dead traits, but hey lets buff ele....

offhand sword last skill should apply 2-3 secs of quickness to land the skill 4 but not a kd the utilities with the excepcion of Rolling light all need mayor buff or redesign
