Awesome thanks! Its more a psychological thing for me. My character from years ago is level 47. I logged into that toon and had no idea what was going on lol. So I want to start "fresh" but also want to be as close to that 47 as I can, if that makes sense?

I have a question. I haven't played Gw2 in about 6 years. I logged in last night. If I use a level 40 boost that is sitting in my inventory, will I still get exp for leveling in the level 20 zone I am in? I know the game will downscale my level to match that of the area I am in, but I am wondering if the exp gets drastically cut as well? I would like to still level through those zones but for my own reasons, I would like to us my 40 level boost. Thanks!
