Hiya!! Just to let you know others are having the same issue as well sense the update. After looking at your log's error section that is the same error i have. Hi everyone!! I started having this happen right after the winters day patch when i got the free item it crashed. Whenever i try and open the BLTP it crashes. what's odd though is on my alt accounts it does not crash at all everything is fine. Hi everyone i would like to report, this same bug just happen to me today after the update. I even reinstalled the game and also deleted my gw2 cache. Then i thought because i updated my graphics driver the night before it might be that. But when I tried my alt accounts to log in the gem store works fine no issues, when i use main account that is 8 years old now and open the BLTC it crashes every time.
