Amazon ran out of stock in late December, when shared inventory slots went on sale in game. They must not have restocked.

I move by holding down both mouse buttons simultaneously. I don't think I could easily use WASD and the number keys for attacks. -
According to https://thatshaman.com/tools/gemstore/ the Istani license will return on May 20th. The other two items aren't showing up in that list, which goes into June.

Did you try adjusting your mouse's sensitivity in your Windows settings? That's what fixed the problem for me.

This happens occasionally to me (the taskbar obscuring the bottom of the game screen), and rebooting the computer fixes the problem. Hope that helps you too. -

I play on my laptop with an HDMI-connected larger monitor attached. I set the larger monitor as the primary one when I'm playing. I play in windowed fullscreen mode. When I play, the cursor is not locked, and the game plays in full screen on the larger monitor. On my laptop screen, I have the taskbar visible, and I can use a browser, a map jpg, or whatever I want. Works for me.
