Any fixes to 80808 yet?

Only support can fix it, 80808 means you’ve been blocked from purchasing, I keep getting this error whenever I return to game from a long break and takes a week for support to fix so I can’t buy the expansion lol -
I contacted support and they have been no help other than telling me to buy at a retailer which isn’t an option saying it was blocked due to seeing it as a high risk transaction yet a long time has passed and it’s still blocking me and they refuse to do anything about it
