Hello, I can't complete this hero challenge , I don't receive the Mysterious Elixir I'm supposed get to complete it.Can you please assist ?Thank you in advance

I left GW2 a year ago because of the constant need to find huge grp of players in order to progress , now is a bit too much the opposite, no meta event at all ?I hope will be added soon :)
