Daredevil is great in the open world, just did all EOD metas with one, never came close to dying.

If your monitor is freesync or gsync compatible turn it on, they work much better than vsync. If you don’t have either best way I’ve found to reduce tearing is to get the game running at the same fps as your monitors refresh rate, I.e. 60 FPS on a 60hz monitor. You can also try nvidia reflex in the control panel.

For your budget right now the only cards I’d recommend in that price range is the gtx 1650, or if you can find for that price a gtx 1650 super. Both would be a significant upgrade over your current card.

Have you tried looking in options? If you scroll down there’s a part that lets you hide certain parts of the hud according to various conditions like being in combat, the problem could be there.

I was using Firefox initially which wasn’t working, then I switched to Microsoft edge Which allowed the transaction.

Try using a different browser, I was having same issue and just used my secondary browser and it went through, most likely some add on blocking.
