Since I don't like the rework of mantras and tomes of anet so I gave up on open world firebrand (a while ago already) and took willbender instead. I really don't like the actual "old functionality" for Mantras, can you guys please reconsider to change it back to the version before?

Well, just in general I would say the best build is the build that match your playstyle most and you get along with it as well. 😆 But yea, Celestial and Power Firebrand are both very good to play in my opinion and it's easy to switch to heal/quickness provider if necessary, so quite versatile i think.
