This is not the first time I have dealt with businesses indefinitely blocking accounts because of their anti-fraud systems, frustrating legitimate consumers to jump through a hoop that is not any more secure against fraudsters, so I can't single ArenaNet out, but I obviously disagree with the practice.

    I don't know what error the above posters are seeing, so there's still a chance it could be something different.

    I'm scouring the support website trying to find an email or phone number or something. I got an 80808 as well, I just dont know who to contact.
