  1. I also think harbinger needs some improvement...mostly in PvP since its shroud isn't a second health bar and is locked out of defensive skills, but I don't think it's much worse than scourge or significantly worse than reaper. Its ultimate is pretty strong too.
  2. The closest we have now is probably harbinger necro, in shroud. Looks a bit like kung fu / tai chi with energy blasts.
  3. You condensed several issues in one post. Good points especially on necro dagger and warhorn.... and most people don't even mention minions anymore because they're just a dead feature that most players forget about.
  4. The devs hate necro for some reason - ESPECIALLY scourge. It's so clear that they need buffs in PvP. These patch notes defy explanation.

  8. Yeah, dagger needs a bit of a redesign or even stronger coefficients and/or extra conditions, like bleed as you mentioned for auto-attacks. It's crazy how long this weapon has been so weak. Devs don't seem to play this game.
  9. People who defend bad design will typically spout ridiculous demands of "show me the stats!!!!!", when clearly no players have access to the raw data. They do this because they can't argue against the commonly observed anecdotal experience and know that their positions are indefensible, which is why they wouldn't offer counter statistics if they even had them. These ridiculous people would argue that you can't claim bears are stronger than rats, because you didn't provide statistics from some large data set of bears fighting rats. They don't want to believe their own eyes. Sad.
  10. Yeah, it's crying. You whined about classes being overpowered in past metas as justification why they should stay broken and weak for the next patch.
  11. You claimed peopled "cried" about certain classes not being fixed - but that's not the case. You're just crying about a past meta, which is why you think it's justified that a weak class like scourge didn't get fixed for this upcoming patch. I'll quote you again since you so easily forgot what your own post said: "I love how peops cry about the balance patch. "Oh no scourge don't see buffs" or "Oh no no second dodge for mirage". Yea maybe the reason they Dont buff those things is cause it was too spamy facerole play back then"
  12. A redesign would be nice, but they should have at least pumped the numbers at bit. For example, a 25 second cooldown on their crappy shroud that barely does any barrier and damage makes them useless, while reaper's shroud can be a full second health bar while they spam heavy damage with a couple buttons. Necro as a whole is underpowered, but reaper needed the least improvement out of the subclasses....and of course these genius devs give all the buffs to reaper. It's like they're not even trying to be objective or use priority.
  13. "...back then" - you know that they killed scourge, right?? Are you still crying about a past meta? Go play scourge in PvP for a couple days and let us know how it goes. That's gonna be a laugh.
  14. Can anyone imagine a universe where "being extra extra nice" is going to make devs start making good decisions instead of more bad patches? I can't. Go keep kneeling if that's your style, but most of us are gonna hard pass at doing that.
  15. Previous meta is irrelevant. No class should be useless for any patch, but ANet destroyed scourge because of their inept decisions. Core necro buffs might help some (assuming the player even uses warhorns or daggers), but that's barely going to make a dent in how bad scourge is. Cooldowns are way too high, shields are way too low, and damage is middling at best.

  17. Where's the buff to scourge? Zero changes. Still one of the most useless (or possibly the most useless) PvP classes. What are these devs even doing?
  18. They completely left out scourge, which is terrible in PvP. I don't think I've seen a single PvP scourge player in a week. Clueless patch changes.

  22. Maybe, but you don't decide that for them. It's simple - they invested in a feature for players, but the feature is broken. If they want more money by keeping those players happy, they can fix it.
  23. 1 - Yes, I do. I can demand statistics as well - show me the statistics that reveal the classes are balanced. Oh, you have none? Thought so. 2 - Uh no - it's not a surprise - and that's literally the point of the complaints. So you finally acknowledge class balance is broken. Ok detective, let's put you on the next case.
