  1. Design choices like this are what kills games. U guys need to stop playing favorites. Firebrand and mechanist are nearly, if not over, half of the representation in pve modes right now. And yet for some reason, u guys are singling out catalyst as the "meta-defining" profession and needing emergency changes. In the words of red-shirt guy from diablo immortal announcement: "is this some kind of out of season april fool's joke?" It now begs the question of if it's even worth hoping for meaningful balance changes at this point or if those who have no interest in playing either mechanist or firebrand should stop playing. Please tell us (and *show* us) that these are old design philosophies and that u'll be changing it going forward. It is 100% completely acceptable to have some specializations be more difficult to play than others and to reward those harder to play specializations with more damage. Not everything needs to be babied up, and I say this as a casual player. Making easy to play specs do equal or more damage than more complex specs makes those who play those specs question why they should even put in the effort.

Death threats are extreme, yes, but you cannot possibly ignore the fact that if any of us had interacted with a customer like that in another line of work as we saw in that discord, we would be immediately looking for another job. If you are going to hold your customers to certain standards, the minimal you can do is the same for your employees. The frustration from players is warranted, and I know that you may think that, but this post doesn't reflect that. Class/Profession balance is not just a tiny thing you can just sweep under the rug. It's something that needs to be monitored and adjusted, especially when it comes to actually listening and working with player feedback instead of just adopting a god complex and adopting buffs to professions/specializations that do not need it (looking at you, mechanist). Ignoring player feedback is what helped lead WoW to the absolute mess it is today, aside from the other issues that arose at Blizz. Devs adopted a god complex and players finally had had enough of it. It's been way too evident that you guys are favoring certain specs while others have been left to completely rot, most notably literally any of ele's specs. This needs to be addressed, and u guys need to start looking at everything overall. Once u start losing players on professions because of inane balance decisions to make op specs even moreso, it's going to be hard to bring them back. The big gesture that could have been done here would be to hold off on the update and adapt balance to player feedback. I'm not saying you absolutely have to do this, but because of the stagnation that has been experienced, we just can't trust you guys anymore on your words alone.
  3. Tried it earlier but the login button was broken, even if I put the login url in. Would just push me back to the homepage. Finally worked now, so dk if the system was being weird. Wasn't like I was having connectivity issues and still wanna figure out wtf is going on with support tickets.
  4. Tried submitting codes for the Convenience Set as well as the boosters that are currently on Prime Gaming in the Black Lion Store's redeem code. However, I keep receiving error code 80010 for both codes. I have not redeemed the codes (I know this since I still had the codes to claim yet), I have not received any items, and I know that 80010 is a connectivity error, however I am able to play the game and list items onto Trading Post etc without any issue. Also trying to submit a ticket in order to get help from Support on this, however the field for serial code, while it says that I can leave it blank, will not let me proceed until I enter a valid serial code into it, which is not going to happen because my account is pretty old (~8 years minimum, probably around 10 years old iirc) and I no longer have the creation email in my email that would contain the issue.
