This issue started about a week or two. I could not buy anything from ingame shop or the website. My protection software says this: "chrome.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an expired certificate to a.ua.ncsoft.com" Are they so ignorant, are they not able to get a new certificate for their web services? This is really embarrassing.

I had a very weird issue. First I can login with this main account to the website. After that I try to login another account and that fails (I do not why). Then when I try to login to the website with this account again I cannot for 1 hour or so. Another weird thing is when I try to use "Forgot password" feature. It is a "SUCCESS", it informs me an email is sent to me. No email at all. But instead almost instantly I receive two (not one) 2fa SMS authentication codes. And on some of my accounts I could not able to login at all. Some of them are not 2fa enabled. I suppose Anet fixed something and some other things get broken.

Yes if you dedicate your time you should be rich, I agree. I think casual players never will be able to reach any meaningful percentage of legendary armory usable for them though. The game is bloated with too many different gear items (stat combos), so the "exotic" armory would be essential to ease that pain. I think legendary gear is essential because it is the very definition of quality of life in this game. I think legendary gear should have only one advantage: its visuals. I think collecting exotic gear (stat combos) for the exotic armory could fill the gaps of missing pieces in legendary armory. Almost all players could benefit from it, so why not?

QoL should not be exclusive to Legendary items. It is so stupid to not let beginners/casuals to try/use the armory features. It is against the accessibility of this game. Exotic stat swapping would not render Legendary items obsolete. The shininess and the stat difference should be enough to keep them interesting.

This game should support all players, not just the rich ones. Anet should introduce exotic armory where we could select stats like the legendary armory except the exotic stats which are somewhat weaker. The unlock mechanism could be acquiring (account bound) exotic items. In this way this game would be more accessible like the Guild Wars 1 was.
