I destroyed my monitor and overlay is gone, thanks!

It definitely comes from GW2, it only shows in character creation screen and cutscenes, I tried running the game in virtual machine and it's still there. So I just have to wait? It's so annoying, I always notice it 😄

This small green overlay shows up in character creation and then in the upper left corner during cutscenes, how do I get rid of it? Could not find anything in the settings. Not using external overlay. Thanks! screenshot edit: sorry switched text and url
