I made it to plat2 soloq only. But I only streamsnipe or do a few games after a prime time at. The problem is there are not enough accounts that have enough mmr and you end up getting + 6 and -19 outside of those times. The other thing is that a bunch of the accs with enough rating just play duoq at 4am. See topic about guide to play like pro gamers

Its really weird how people see casual as = being bad and not liking challenges. There are a lot of casual players who like to overcome challenges. It is a waste of my 1h free time to just press 1 and win.

Some people are weird, its like saying give all mobs 1 hp else its too hard for new players and unfun. Isn't the combat system of gw2 one of the funnest things in the game? Why do you want to eliminate every possibility to actually use it? And yes Power powercreep is also a problem where people do not engage with the combat system. Another fun story for new players: I had to do a heart in core map with 2 new players. I had a longbow and one-shot everything with auto attack. One of the new players rage quitted because he couldn't t get a hit on them before I nuked the kitten out of the mobs. So yeah powercreep much fun ...

full soloq or full teamqs, any would be better than duoq. But Manipulation can still happen esp at like 3 am. The thing is to just delete the accounts that wintraded. They can rebuy the game. Anet still hasn t figured they loose more people by not removing these gamers.

Endgame is gated, imagine you re new. You will see lfgs, but they all need 20k ufe for fractal cms. I m lucky to have kp for raids, but fractal cm can only be done with a guild that is interested in them. I almost never see fractal cm training runs in contrary to raid lfg. Almost no new player will ever experience them

Funnily the "old" or "veteran" players almost never use the chat. I did a new account and I noticed it is mostly the intermediate hard capped gold players who are the most entitled and toxic players. They seem to have 0 awareness and the need to go full toxic mode vs any random gamer to feel better. The most funny thing I saw was someone in gold flaming someone in the top 10 without knowing it. As for the duels, you mistook the free for all arena with the duel arenas.

People are idiots, I am a casual, I play this game maybe once a week. But OW zerging is way too easy and boring imo. Some instanced content aswell. I like overcoming challenges or at least feel like my actions matter. Just sitting there and letting my pet kill a god or a dragon does not feel epic to me. I think some people misuse the word casual because they don t want to say that they actually want a hack and slash game for your pet which they can observe and and eat popcorn while doing that. And people complaining about the need to have meta snowdrow builds make no sense either. Going into open world with a raid build will actually make open world harder when roaming around solo. There are a lot of funny rp builds that go from being complicated to play to just spaming dodge with 3k armor and still killing elites in eod within 1m. It is time to drop the crybaby attitude of a spoiled child and to actually start behaving like a normal developed human. Ps: this is not directed to anyone specific in this thread.

I m a bit late, but legendary weapons gen 1 to 3, trinkets... well most of them are all ow stuff. PvP players, raiders, wvwvwers everyone has to go and play ow *or press 1 10000000000 times and die of boredom. Yet here you are qqing because you don t get 6 pieces because you don t like the content? Well a solution for you is to buy black lion keys to get the wardrobe unlocks. If you are lucky you can at least get the legendary armor skin.
