Having this problem almost a month later

It has been days since my wife was blocked/submitted a ticket with support with no contact. My message for support was replied with "have her email us" well she HAS. Blizzard would have had this resolved in hours. I've played NCSoft games as long as they have been out and GW2 since Beta and let me say they have gone downhill. I am genuinely embarrassed that a company and game I love and have HYPED about is treating us like this. AT LEAST give her a refund! You block her account but have no trouble taking her money! You reply to me but can't reply to her. I'm sorry but what? Her support request number is 8689961
