Have you tried that? Because I did yesterday, and only got an error (red text - You are already transformed or some such).

Here you go: Just thought I'd let everyone know what if you activate an embiggening tonic between two contests and keep it active until the cooldown timer hits zero, the game will remove your transformation, but won't give you the skills to support contentants (7,8 and 9). There was a way to show your backpiece, I believe, last year. You could use the 'Search' option on the forum to find the posts about last years April Fool's. Edit: See later post

2016 to 2023+ is not 9 years. Only 7 or 8 years depending on the date the character was created. You can use gw2efficiency to see the character creation dates for each of your characters. Not sure what Guild Wars (One) has to do with the issue.

If the preview shows nothing, then you have already unlocked all the dyes that that item includes. From the Wiki: Contains all dyes except for Birthday dyes and the Monstrous Dye Kit set.
