There is....possibly called an auctioneer...We actually visited it....just couldn't remember where it was....it was through a door where it had three levels, step down, to the other....most of the items where in those 3 rooms....you could see how big the actual item was and what it looked like....was telling a friend about it but couldn't remember where I found it....but thank you for your help!

Yes ty.....went there before asking my question here....so my answer is NO, ARMORSMITH can NOT CRAFT THEM, just buy them from the Armorsmith vendor....so guessing ppl are SELLING them for MORE on TP after buying them from the vendor hoping no one knows this fact right? Interesting

Yes, I saw where I can buy them from the Armorsmith Vendor for 50 silver ea but also saw that they can be purchased from the TP for 63 silver wa, which lead me to believe that to sell them, you could possibly CRAFT them...but Ty for responding so quickly

Can an Armorsmith craft Major Rune of Holding and if so, where to find either the recipe.... or Discovery Items needed to produce

One of the Wizards Vault achievements in the Special Category has one listed as "Complete the Annual Race event in Divinity's Reach in under 3 mins and 30 seconds.....I'm assuming this is referring to "Celestial Racer", which I have completed....is there another that I'm missing?
